Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant mothers who are in the second trimester of pregnancy (weeks 18 to 28 of pregnancy); because this time period is appropriate for receiving childbirth education and psychological preparation. Mothers who desire and are trying to have a natural birth. Mothers who have access to the internet and the ability to use digital tools (mobile phones or computers).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having serious medical problems or illnesses that prevent a natural birth (such as heart problems, severe gestational diabetes, pelvic problems) Inability to use digital tools to receive virtual training.

MeasureTime frame
Mean childbirth self-efficacy score. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and one month after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory (CBSEI).;Mean score of fear of childbirth. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and one month after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Fear of Birth Scale (Fobs).

Mean score of perceived social support after the completion of the intervention among the study groups with control of the baseline score. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and one month after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support - MSPSS.
