Inclusion criteria: Having a smart phone Admission to the cardiac intensive care unit Willingness to participate in the study Age 18_ 80 years The patient's ability to perform physical activities, the ability to perform daily activities such as walking, sitting, etcGet up and do other light physical activities according to the evaluation of the attending physician Patients can understand and tolerate the training given Being literate in reading and writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-cooperation of the patient during the research, not filling the questionnaire Suffering from other chronic diseases that affect the study process according to the doctor's diagnosis, people suffering from psychological diseases according to self-report
