Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) based on clinical or laboratory criteria. The age range of 20 to 35 years focuses on the reproductive-age population. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30 kg/m² (to include normal weight to overweight individuals). No use of hormonal or metabolic medications (e.g., contraceptives, metformin) or dietary supplements in the past 3 months. Sedentary lifestyle (no regular physical activity in the past 6 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant during the study period Having chronic diseases or medical conditions that would prevent exercise or taking fennel extract

Total Cholesterol. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: measurement of total cholesterol concentration in blood serum will be performed using the ELISA kit of Pars Azmoun Company (made in Iran) in the central laboratory of the university.;FSH hormone. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: measurement of testosterone concentration in blood serum will be performed using the ELISA kit from Pars Azmoun Company (made in Iran) in the central laboratory of the university.;Body composition (waist-to-hip ratio). Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 days after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a tape measure.
