Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being Iranian Low-risk pregnancy Age 18-35 years Single pregnancy Being a primiparous Gestational age 34-35 weeks according to first trimester ultrasound or LMP Giving birth at Yas Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any obstetric complication during labor, including dystocia, macrosomia, decreased fetal heart rate, and vaginal bleeding that stops the continuation of the natural birth process High fever Prolonged rupture of the water sac. Accelerated labor Stable posterior position of the fetal head Vaginal infections Herpes and genital warts and any type of wound and inflammation Receiving epidural and spinal anesthesia Mother's BMI above 30 Unwillingness to continue cooperation and failure to comply with the massage therapy protocol 3 times a week
