Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: older adults in geriatric home care, they are not use assistive device Who are independent in activity of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults with cognitive problems The participants were those who are not able to walk Participants with severe medical problems like visual impairment or Parkinson's disease

Reducing in incidence of Fall among older adults and prevent the fall. Timepoint: Before intervention and 4,8,12 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.
