Intervention 1: Intervention group: receiving conventional agents plus Senna alkaloid syrup. Intervention 2: receiving conventional laxative agents.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 1 to 18 years who are candidates for colonoscopy and interested in participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to fully follow the colon preparation protocol before colonoscopy Not seeing all parts of the colon (not performing a complete colonoscopy) History of colon resection

MeasureTime frame
Colon cleansing. Timepoint: End of intervention. Method of measurement: We will evaluate colon cleansing based on the percentage of total colon cleansing (average of different sections) and also based on the Aronchick scale score.
