60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy women aged over 60 years No history of smoking or use of other tobacco products No history of cardiovascular (coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, heart failure), metabolic, or renal diseases No history of embolism risk Not currently using antihypertensive medications Not currently using lipid-lowering medications (statins) No neurological, muscular, or skeletal disorders Completion of a health questionnaire No regular participation in functional training during the two years prior to the start of the study Not following a weight loss diet No use of medications or supplements that may affect the study outcomes in the three months prior to the start of the study Completion of the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria: Having physical disorders Orthopedic disorders History of heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes Neuromuscular disorders Metabolic diseases Use of hormonal supplements and medications Use of medications for controlling blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood lipids Following a specific diet
