15 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 16-20 weeks Access to a mobile phone that can connect to the Internet Having sufficient literacy (elementary to above) as stated by the research unit Single pregnancy Married, according to the research unit Satisfaction with married life Having a normal body mass index Absence of known mental illness and use of psychiatric medications Not having sleep disorders or taking sleeping pills No use of drugs, alcohol, or psychotropic substances Not working in jobs that involve rotating shifts or night work Lack of high-risk pregnancy criteria, according to the research unit No history of infertility before the current pregnancy, according to the research unit. No history of abortion in the last 6 months, according to the research unit. Iranian citizenship Mothers aged 15-45 Failure to participate in other educational programs The spouse's absence of physical or mental illness, according to the research unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experiencing a severe stressful event within the past 6 months, for example, a car accident, death of a first-degree relative Termination of pregnancy or conversion of a low-risk pregnancy to a high-risk pregnancy based on national guidelines for providing obstetric and delivery services Unwillingness to continue cooperation

Mental health score on the Goldberg questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and three months later. Method of measurement: The score a person gets from a mental health questionnaire.;Sleep quality score on the Pittsburgh questionnaire.
