Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly women, over 60 years of age, who are inactive or have not had much exercise (using the Beck Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) are able to perform light activity must have medical permission to participate, complete a consent form, and complete a health questionnaire No use of certain medications or tobacco in the 1-3 months prior to the study no use of any sports supplements in the 1-3 months prior to the study no cancer treatment in the past 5 years no history of cardiovascular diseases (coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, blood pressure), metabolic and renal diseases no use of drugs that affect blood pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having physical disabilities, orthopedic disorders, or cognitive dysfunction Inability to carry from initial assessments Concurrent participation in another clinical trial before and during the study Missing more than two training sessions and not taking supplements Alcohol and tobacco use during study
