Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with CP over 7 years of age diagnosed by at least two pediatric neurologists Painful hip dislocation in CP patients over 7 years of age that cannot be treated with reconstructive surgical procedures. Cartilage damage to the femoral head or acetabulum based on preoperative MRI or intraoperative observation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's unwillingness to undergo surgery Failure to complete a follow-up period of at least one year Performing a salvage surgical procedure before visiting the pediatric orthopedic clinic at Shohada Hospital Healthy or nearly healthy cartilage of the femoral head on preoperative MRI or intraoperative examination
