Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A confirmed diagnosis of asthma (no other respiratory diseases present except asthma); Age between 18 and 51 years; At least basic literacy (ability to read and write); Ability to use a smartphone; Minimum ability to communicate; Willingness to participate in the study with informed consent; A score of 8 or higher on the Beck Anxiety Inventory.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate or refusal to provide informed consent at baseline. Presence of cognitive impairment, intellectual disability, developmental delay, or any mental condition that prevents the participant from completing questionnaires or adhering to study instructions. Inability to communicate effectively or language barriers that interfere with accurate data collection.
