Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient must have a confirmed diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). .Age must be between 25 and 80 years. A score of 8 or higher on the Beck Anxiety Inventory. Ability to perform the interventions (breathing techniques) Willingness to participate in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant withdraws from continued participation in the study. Clinical conditions arise that lead to the patient’s deterioration.
