Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of back pain by a specialist (at least for the past three months) 2. Age between 35-55 years 3. Being literate - 4. Having mental, speech, vision and hearing health (according to the patient) - 5. Absence of physical and mental disabilities such as diabetes, cirrhosis, heart and lung diseases, depression, etc. - 6. Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of severe acute physical and mental disorders.

Quality of life in patients with low back pain. Timepoint: Before the intervention and two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: World Health Organization (WHO) Questionnaire.
