Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male runners between the ages of 18 and 40 years Being healthy Having regular endurance training Peak oxygen uptake(V?O2peak) of=55 mL/kg/min Not taking creatine supplements in the past three months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disinclination toward participation Having a history of eating disorders Having a history of smoking
