Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having Iranian nationality Married (monogamous) Living with a spouse Women 45 to 50 years old Menstrual irregularity in the last year and at most in the last two years Obtaining a score of at least 15 on the Cooperman Index Having sex with your spouse at least once a month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Erectile dysfunction (according to the wife) or premature ejaculation in the husband Chronic physical and mental illnesses in women Hysterectomy, oophorectomy, and tubectomy surgery Unfortunate events in the past year (divorce, death of first-degree relatives)
