Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be female, inactive , and office Worker. The age of participants should be between 45 and 50 years old. Participants should have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 23 and 30. The general health of the participants has been confirmed by a physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who suffer from physical disabilities, neurological disorders, or pain that prevents exercise and physical activity. Individuals who use medications that affect the central nervous system.

MeasureTime frame
Musculoskeletal Pain. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire.;Core Muscle Endurance. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: McGill endurance test.;Posture. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: ImageJ software.
