Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Business owners and employees working in one of the studied shopping centers in the city of Tehran Business owners and employees who are between 18 and 65 years old Business owners and employees who agree to participate in the study for attending training courses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Business owners and employees working in one of the studied shopping centers in the city of Tehran. Business owners and employees who are between 18 and 65 years old. Business owners and employees who agree to participate in the study to take part in training courses.

MeasureTime frame
Awareness, Attitude, HIV Stigma. Timepoint: A pre-test (questionnaires on awareness and attitudes towards HIV and HIV stigma) will be conducted, followed by the implementation of the independent variable for the participants in the experimental group. The post-test (questionnaires on awareness and attitudes towards HIV and HIV stigma) will also be conducted in two phases: one immediately after and the other three months after the implementation of the independent variable. For the control group, the pre-test and post-test will be conducted in two phases similar to the experimental group, but without the implementation of the independent variable. Method of measurement: Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire:This questionnaire is designed by the researcher to assess demographic characteristics.International HIV/AIDS Questionnaire (IAQ-P):This is a set of 18 questions about AIDS, with responses rated on a 5-point Likert scale (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Unsure, Agree, Strongly Agree).
