Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers with disabled child Child disability diagnosis by physician and treatment cadre Children aged between 3-15 years, mothers aged between 25-50 years The existence of only one handicapped child in the family Mothers having a minimum degree of maternal diploma Completing the informed consent form of participating in the treatment plan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receiving concurrent serious psychotherapy interventions or psychiatric medication Presence of an acute psychiatric disorder (such as major depression or psychotic disorder) Cognitive impairment or chronic physical problems that prevent attendance at meetings
