Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing allogeneic bone marrow transplantation from an HLA-matched donor referred to the Hematology Department of Taleghani Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Renal or Hepatic Dysfunction Pre-existing Cardic Disease Active Uncontrolled Infection Prior Exposure of high-dose alkylating agent Delayed Engraftment or graft failure

MeasureTime frame
The incidence and percentage of GVHD following allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Timepoint: typically after day 100 post-transplant and after that. Method of measurement: Based on the standard questionnaire and scoring system for Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD).
