Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly individuals (over 60 years of age) No muscular and/or joint limitations in the involved areas No history of fractures in the past 6 months Having medical clearance to participate No history of cardiovascular diseases No hypertension No diabetes No neuromuscular disorders No metabolic diseases Healthy, community-dwelling women No supplement consumption Completion of a health questionnaire No injuries or illnesses during the intervention No use of hormonal medications No use of medications (e.g., for blood pressure or blood sugar control) No specific dietary regimens Ability to attend training sessions No participation in regular exercise programs Completion of the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
