Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Having a body mass index of 25 or higher Access to internet Access to electronic devices such as a computer, laptop or smartphone

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete study questionnaires Having Physical activity disincentive issues Participation in professional sports classes
