Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 60 years Having the power to speak Willingness to participate in the study No Alzheimer's disease or cognitive problems No neurological deficits Not having chronic and unstable diseases No skin diseases Not taking sleeping pills regularly and daily Lack of participation in regular sports activities in the past 3 months Not participating in other research studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation Inability to continue exercising

Sleep quality score with the Pittsburgh questionnaire. Timepoint: Sleep quality measurements at the beginning of the study and 6 weeks after the end of the training sessions. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire.
