Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asthma lasts more than a month Children aged 7 to 14 years Confirmation of asthma diagnosis by a specialist based on pulmonary function tests Children should not use any new respiratory medication or treatment regimen two weeks prior to study entry.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness of children and parents to participate in research Children's incidence of oral lesions Children with chronic diseases such as cancer and heart failure Awareness of children's inability to follow research instructions

MeasureTime frame
Lung fuction. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a spirometer and a researcher-made questionnaire.
