Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring surgery on at least 3 molars Patients with moderate to very severe gag reflex severity based on the Gag Severity Index (GSI) Patients between the ages of 20 and 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases including hypertension and diabetes Patients with central and peripheral nervous system disorders Patients with thyroid disorders Patients with oral lesions or ulcers that make patients hypersensitive to the gag reflex Patients who have used any medication or drug to reduce the occurrence of the gag reflex
