Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women Aged 20-35 years Pregnancy with a gestational age of 27-26 weeks Obtaining an anxiety score higher than 193 in mothers Being literate in reading and writing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of or history of psychological illnesses such as anxiety disorders and depression Taking psychiatric medications Underlying chronic diseases Drug addiction Obstetric problems
