Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis patients over three months MOCA score less than 24 Literacy Walk without help Be able to understand and comprehend the Persian language Ability to use a touchscreen tablet
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous history of dementia Confirmed depression Amputation of the upper and lower limbs History of neurological diseases (Parkinson's, head injury, stroke, Alzheimer's, etc.) Visual impairment, hearing impairment Balance disorder, dizziness, use of anticonvulsant medications, and depression Unwillingness to participate or continue in the study
