Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ESRD or stage 5D-CKD patient Artery and vein diameter more than 2mm measuring at pre-op doppler ultrasonography ??Older than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior history of AVF insertion in the same limb History of stroke Myopathies and muscular disorders Poor compliance on doing regular sessions(Due to financial reasons or mental disorders) Recent cardio-vascular events

MeasureTime frame
The final criteria for maturation in our study is at least 3 successful fistula hemodialysis uses. Timepoint: The fistula is evaluated at weeks 2, 4, 6, and 8 after placement surgery. Method of measurement: Vein diameter >6mm and Arterio-venous fistula blood flow >600ml/min on Doppler ultrasound.
