Inclusion criteria: Age 20 years and above Diagnosis of heart failure by a heart failure fellowship doctor Having full consciousness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of any cognitive, speech or hearing disorders Not suffering from the progressive form of the disease of vital organs

MeasureTime frame
Readmission, quality of life, compliance with treatment. Timepoint: Completion of the relevant questionnaires at the beginning of the study and then one week later in the test group and finally one month after the completion of the first questionnaire in both groups of the relevant questionnaires. Method of measurement: 1) Questionnaire attached to the 6 executive instructions of the Nursing Unit of Patient Education and Follow-up, Deputy Minister of Nursing of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Office of Health Promotion and Nursing Services announced in spring 1402 2) Moriski's eight-question treatment compliance questionnaire 3) Minnesota Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire.
