Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infertile Underwent assisted reproductive treatment using the ICSI/FET method at this center Ovulation induction performed using the antagonist protocol Gonadotropin dose and type recorded in the patient’s medical file Availability of complete information on oocyte quality and granulation assessment in the records Availability of information related to the embryo freezing, thawing, and transfer process in the patient's file
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe underlying diseases that make the intervention dangerous Complete lack of file information or lack of access to necessary data Refusal or withdrawal from participation in the study

Method of measurement: 24 hours after ICSI, zygote formation is monitored by observing the formation of two pronuclei (2PN) in the cytoplasm.
