Inclusion criteria: Primigravida Singleton Pregnancy Being Literate The Depression Scale is Below The Cutoff Point of 13

Exclusion criteria: Multi parity High-risk Pregnancy Having a Diagnosed Psychiatric Disorder

MeasureTime frame
Fear of Childbirth. Timepoint: The questionnaire will be administered for the first time between gestational weeks 28–30, and for the second time at week 38 of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire: This Questionnaire consists of 33 items scored on a six-point Likert scale (0–5), where 0 means completely and 5 means not at all.The total possible score ranges from 0 to 165, with higher scores indicating greater *fear of childbirth among women.Score Interpretation:=37: Low fear of childbirth, 38–65: Moderate fear of childbirth, 66–84: Severe fear of childbirth, =85: Clinical level of fear of childbirth.;Pregnancy Depression. Timepoint: The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale will be completed at three time points: between gestational weeks 16–20, between weeks 31–34, and at week 38 of pregnancy. Method of measurement: Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS):This instrument consists of 10 questions designed to assess depressive symptoms in postpartum women. Each item is rated on a four-point Likert scale ranging from 0 to 3, yielding a total score between 0 and 30. The cut-off point is set at 13; scores of 13 and above indicate significant depression (at-risk group), scores between 10 and 12 represent a borderline state, and scores from 0 to 9 indicate a non-depressed condition.;Postpartum Depression. Timepoint: The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale will be completed at the fourth week postpartum. Method of measurement: Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS):This instrument consists of 10 questions designed to assess depressive symptoms in postpartum women. Each item is rated on a four-point Likert scale ranging from 0 to 3, yielding a total score between 0 and 30.
