Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Their leukemia is confirmed and they have undergone a bone marrow transplant 2- Age 18 to 65 years 3- Be able to read and write 4- Permission from the relevant doctor 5- Willingness to participate in the study 6- Must speak Persian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Failure to cooperate or take notes 2- Having mental illnesses that disrupt daily functioning 3- The patient's physical and mental changes while taking notes
