Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group, 5 leeches are placed in the lower back area (based on the doctor's opinion) for patients.We will repeat the intervention again 4 weeks later. Interv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic Low Back Pain Patient Acceptance to Participate in the Study Diagnosis of Chronic Low Back Pain by (Orthopedist, Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, Spine Surgeon)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of (Red Flag) Emergency Signs and Symptoms fo Low Back Pain Pregnancy and Breast feeding Reluctance to continue participating in the research Develop acute mental and psychological symptoms such as depression during the study period (take medication for it) Receiving anticoagulant medications such as aspirin, etc. or immunosuppressive drugs(In the case of aspirin, if possible, the drug can be discontinued for 5 days (half-life of the drug) before leech therapy) Drug addiction Anemia or other blood cell disorders Any symptoms indicating sensitivity or complications caused by leech therapy or the presence of inflammation or skin ulcers at the treatment site Gastric ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding over the past three months Wound healing disorders or creation of skin keloid Severe comorbidities (advanced heart disease, etc.) Invasive action related to the spine within the last 6 weeks or planned for the next 8 weeks

Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Studying the effect of leech therapy on the quality of life of patients with chronic low back pain.
