Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from chronic non specific back pain (back pain for at least 3 months) Being in good general physical health - Willingness to participate in the program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological symptoms in the lower extremities Rheumatoid arthritis and bone problems History of surgery in the spine or lower extremities Leg length discrepancy Spinal curvature Use of any medication, painkillers, and therapeutic measures to relieve back pain
