Intervention 1: Intervention group: Subjects perform a core muscle fatigue protocol consisting of 4 consecutive sets of 7 exercises, with each subject performing each exercise 20 times for 40 seconds

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological and surgical abnormalities and medical history Satisfaction with participation in the research Male gender Positive or negative hyperlordosis Age between 18 and 30 years At least 3 years of sports experience Regular exercise three sessions per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Feeling pain or any new injury or illness before the protocol is performed History of injuries such as dislocation or fracture or surgery in any of the bones of the lower extremities Complete tear of the lower extremities muscles Any atrophy in the leg muscles
