Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: "Inclusion criteria for both groups included elderly individuals aged 60 to 70 years, female gender, informed consent obtained from the participants to participate in the study, the ability to walk, absence of chronic lower back pain with unknown etiology (as confirmed by a physician), and a history of chronic lower back pain lasting more than three months."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria included a history of surgery or fractures, structural abnormalities in the spine, any other medical condition that could affect the variables under study, absence during pre-test and post-test assessments, and missing more than three training sessions.
