Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18 to 40 years Having forward head posture( craniovertebral angle < 50 degree)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radiculupathy Spine and limbs fractures Cervical surgery Spine deformity and scoliosis Neck pain Pregnancy Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis Malignancy Infection Cardiovascular disease and pace makers The participant's lack of cooperation

MeasureTime frame
Neck angle positioning error. Timepoint: Before and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Optical laser tool and formula for converting distance to degrees.
