Inclusion criteria: Having moderate to severe acne vulgaris consenting to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prescription of topical or systemic medications that could potentially interfere with our treatment course Anti-acne treatment in the past two weeks Symptoms of hyperandrogenism Irregular menstrual cycles Acne fulminans Acne conglobata Liver dysfunction
