Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults with stuttering, ages 18-40, obtained through interview Stuttering has a developmental origin that is determined through an interview The native language should be Persian, as determined through an interview The minimum stuttering severity should be 3%, as determined by calculating the percentage of stuttered syllables in at least 300 syllables obtained from the speech sample

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of hearing, vision, psychological, or psychiatric problems, or other speech and language disorders, as determined through an interview with the individual with stuttering and review of their record

Reaction time was measured in milliseconds. Timepoint: Measuring reaction time one week after taking the picture naming test from each participant. Method of measurement: Using DMDX and Check Vocal software.;Naming accuracy based on the number of correct answers. Timepoint: Measuring naming accuracy one week after taking the picture naming test from each participant. Method of measurement: Number of correct naming responses through the picture naming test by Ghasisin et al.
