Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Written consent to participate in the research project Indications for surgery of impacted wisdom teeth with mesiangular, horizontal and vertical orientation according to Winter classification and class I, II and position A, B according to Pell and Gregory classification Alertness Cooperation, and ability to use medication Age 18 to 35 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Indication for surgery: impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with a distoangular and transverse orientation and Class III (there is no space between the distal surface of the second molar and the mandibular ramus) and position C (the occlusal surface of the third molar is below the cervical line of the second molar). Contraindications to NSAID use (allergy to NSAIDs, patients with coronary artery bypass surgery, pregnancy, presence of active peptic ulcer, and renal failure) Using other analgesic medications Drug use and addiction
