Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm neonates born with gestational age 28–37 weeks. weight of the child 2500 g at the birth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: neonates who receive blood exchange. neonates with any congenital anomalies.

| More stability physiological parameter (heart rate ,respiratory rate , oxygen saturation) and decrease bilirubin level of neonates. Timepoint: Subject who applied foot reflexology will be measure physiological parameters and bilirubin level pre-test and post-test for each session, each session will take about 20 minutes(10 minutes for each foot) for three consecutive days. Method of measurement: Child’s Sociodemographic Characteristic and Physiological assessment form. | — |
