Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of a severe psychiatric disorder by a psychiatrist based on DSM5 criteria Repeated hospitalization/psychiatric ward at least 2 times in the last 5 years Informed consent of the patient's legal guardian for their and the patient's participation in the research Being literate for a person with a psychiatric illness and their guardian Living with guardians or primary caregivers in a home The person with a psychiatric disorder must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having mental retardation and epilepsy based on the doctor's opinion and the contents of the patient's file The patient is a candidate for long-term rehabilitation care. Having any criminal convictions

Method of measurement: Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10, shortened version) to measure bipolar patient's attitude towards drug treatment.;Percentage of bipolar patients' satisfaction with the treatment and services received. Timepoint: Measuring bipolar patient satisfaction at the beginning of the study and after three and six months. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and after three months and six months.
