MeasureTime frame
Scores obtained from distress tolerance and emotion regulation questionnaires. Timepoint: First before the intervention and the second time after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Emotional Distress Tolerance Scale is a self-report questionnaire developed by Simons and Gahr in 2005, and the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire was developed by Garnowski, van den Kamer, Kraag, Thiers, and Ligresti2002.
