Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and over Consent to participate in the research Awareness and orientation to time and place The first experience of endoscopic examination of the digestive system. ability to communicate verbally

Exclusion criteria: Study participation reluctance Visual and auditory impairment History of anxiety and psychological problems Use of medications that affect anxiety
