Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Good health Lack of regular exercise other than daily activities for at least the past 2 years Stable body weight (±5 kg) for a minimum of 6 months prior to enrollment. Age 50 or older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, uncontrolled hypertension, cognitive impairment, lung disease, kidney disease, and immunological diseases (e.g., autoimmune diseases). Immunosuppressant medication use Smoking, alcohol, drug, or medication addiction Concurrent participation in another clinical study
