Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children admitted to the hospital with body temperature more than 37.5 c Children aged 2-6 years. Cooperative child and/or his/her family Child who take antipyretics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A child with anaphylaxis reaction. Child who refused or his/her family refused to participate in this study. Children with an lesion, burn, ulcer, or injury in the legs or any skin conditions prohibit the use of vinegar compresses or warm water foot emersion therapy A child who has paralysis. A child who has mental disorder
