Intervention 1: intervention group: Participants in the intervention group will receive 30 minutes of white noise consisting of sounds of the ocean, rain, and running water between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. T

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No history of hearing problems 2. No invasive procedure on the day of sampling 3. At least 24 hours have passed since the patient's surgery 4. Restlessness of patients according to Ross criteria in the range (+1 to +4), which is the agitation range. 5. Age group 18 to 76 years 6. GCS range between 8 and 15 7. Do not receive sedative medication at the time of the intervention, and the dose of the previous medication that was received in the form of drops should not be changed during the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Death of the patient 2. Desire of the patient or guardian to withdraw from the study 3. Withdrawal of the patient from the ward for any reason
