Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 between 65 years Stable hemodynamic status: systolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than 60 mmHg, respiratory rate 12 to 20 beats per minute, heart rate between 60 and 100 beats per minute, 95%SpO2= and body temperature between 36.5 and 37.5 degrees Celsius No allergy to horse chestnut cream, sesame oil or base cream Using upper limbs (hands) for intravenous catheterization No fever at study entry No autoimmune disease and history of transplant No inflammatory disease such as inflammatory bowel disease under treatment No use of analgesics, opioids and corticosteroids 12 hours before the start of the study No skin diseases and no use of other skin medications No cancer and no chemotherapy under treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of receiving amiodarone within one year prior to the start of the study Patient death If necessary, the patient will receive a new drug through the same catheter as the one receiving amiodarone. People who need CPR for any reason. Patient's hemodynamic instability Diagnosis of allergy to horse chestnut and sesame oil during the study
