Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No history of cardiovascular diseases No physical activity in the past six months No high blood pressure Non-smoker Use of the same type of medication for T2DM by all participants No presence of wounds on the body No musculoskeletal disorders that prevent physical activity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In case of irregular attendance Injury or physical problems preventing activity In case of withdrawal Changes in medications affecting the results Onset of a new illness Excessive absence beyond the allowed limit

| Anthropometric indices include height, weight, body composition, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist-to-height ratio (WHtR), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), and novel indices such as the Body Roundness Index (BRI) and Visceral Adiposity Index (VAI). These indices play a significant role in predicting and diagnosing type 2 diabetes, and changes in these measures can indicate improvement or worsening of patients’ conditions. Timepoint: The measurement points for anthropometric indices will include two stages: pre-test (before the start of the intervention) and post-test (48 hours after the completion of the 8-week training program). Method of measurement: Anthropometric indices, including height, weight, waist and hip circumference, will be measured using a standard stadiometer and measuring tape, while body composition will be assessed with a body analyzer device. Subsequently, indices such as BMI, WHR, WHtR, BRI, and VAI will be calculated using the measured data and the relevant formulas.;Biochemical indices include nitric oxide (NO) and related enzymes such as eNOS and iNOS, which play important roles in regulating vascular function and glucose metabolism. Changes in these indices can indicate the body’s response to exercise interventions.
