Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Filling out a written consent form by the student and one of the parents Studying in upper secondary school The gender of the girl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of psychotherapeutic medications based on the student's health record The presence of underlying diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease Participating in another educational intervention while conducting the present research Student's adherence to a special diet

Feeding behavior score. Timepoint: Measurement of nutritional behavior before the intervention and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: FFQ.

Enabling factors. Timepoint: Measurement of enabling factors before intervention and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire model PRACED-PROCEED.
