Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married women of reproductive age (18 to 45 years) with endometriosis with deep lesions, confirmed by imaging methods and clinically confirmed by a gynecologist At least 3 to 6 months have passed since their surgery Having sex in the last 4 weeks and living with a spouse, Not being compatible with the spouse's job, Not pregnant or breastfeeding Literacy in reading and writing Persian, Being Iranian and living in Tehran, Absence of use of psychiatric drugs, psychotropic drugs, narcotics, and alcoholic beverages among wives and husbands (according to the research participant and the case file), No stressful incident within the past month (according to the research participant and the case file), Absence of other gynecological diseases that cause painful intercourse and sexual dysfunction, Absence of underlying diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular, respiratory, and kidney diseases in women and their husbands (according to the research participant and the case file), Men who are not suffering from sexual dysfunction under treatment (according to the research unit and the case file), Husbands' ages between 18 and 60 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Couples' unwillingness to stay in the study getting pregnant Remaining severe surgical complications (according to the research participant and the case file)
